Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products purchased from our store. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be intact
  • Item must not be damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return process:

  • Contact our customer service via email at returns@eighthgen.pk
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for confirmation and return instructions
  • Ship the item back using the provided return address
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation in the package

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item received was defective or damaged
  • The wrong item was shipped to you
  • The item does not match the product description

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you via email about the status of your return
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (JazzCash or EasyPaisa)
  • You will receive a refund confirmation email

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items returned with signs of use or damage
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (up to 15% restocking fee may apply)

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value. To request an exchange:

  • Follow the same return process as outlined above
  • Specify the item you wish to exchange for
  • If the new item has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos showing the damage or defect
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Free return shipping will be provided

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped:

  • Contact us immediately after placing your order
  • If the order has not been processed, a full refund will be issued
  • If the order has been shipped, the return policy applies
